Perpetual License
A Perpetual License with
PGP Maintenance entitles the customer to use the
designated PGP software indefinitely, plus receive all Upgrades
and Updates to the licensed software during the
valid Maintenance period; PGP Maintenance must be renewed
annually. One year of Maintenance is included with
the purchase of a PGP Perpetual License. The
annual cost of renewing PGP Basic Maintenance is
approximately 18-25% of the Perpetual License cost.
Bronze
Support provides
PGP Bronze Support (formerly known as
'Basic') provides customers access to PGP Support Engineers
and the PGP Support Site. PGP Support Engineers
are available by telephone Call Me Back, email,
and the Web 8x5 during normal business hours.
Silver Support provides
PGP Silver Support (formerly known
as 'Premium') provides enhanced accessibility, with round-the-clock 24x5
